  The owner undercharged me and when I went back for another service she insisted I pay the balance for her mistake... terrible service from the owner she obviously doesn't understand that people have choices and don't need to patronize her.... I live a mile away and will not be returning. Drive to the new Marina Village center, across from Marina High. new store, great service, easy parking.

  If I could give 0 stars I would -- the manager is the most unhelpful person I have encountered. The lack of compassion and lack of desired to solve a customers issue is simply astounding. We had a return shipment that was being paid for by the vendor --- had the instructions page incl the tracking# -- yet she proceeded to waste 10 minutes of our time trying to sell shipping services ;-( instead of either offering to reprint the label or asking if I had access to the message from UPS with the link to the mobile code. So frustrating!!! And giving the UPS brand a really bad rep
