  Fred's was a good place, until our recent visit... Sign read "Will open at 4:00pm".. We waited, expecting it's worth the wait... Ended up waiting until 4:25pm... Still not open... The host assumed everyone was eager to sit outside (not)... At least the bathroom was available, but no soap... Made me wonder about employees not washing their hands with soap (EWWW).... sorry Fred's time ran out and other options seemed better. I hope Fred's gets their act together.
