  The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. They repacked my fine china so it could be mailed across the country (obviously not ideal but had to be done). Unfortunately, two items chipped in transit. The staff at store #4415 could not have been more helpful. They made sure the insurance claim was processed in a timely manner without me having to call repeatedly to prompt them. My family and I will definitely continue to use this UPS location for our shipping needs, I would highly recommend them.
