  his is the worst bank I have ever banked with. The bank managers Miriam and Krisitian are not helpful at all. I end up having to call them all the time. They are always in meetings or on vacation. The staff that answer the phone say they will call you back today and sometimes it never happens or it happens at 4P and the excuse is we have to ask a Division Manager and they are gone for the day.
  
  These two ladies say one thing and then they say banking rules require something different. THE WORST BANK IN THE WORLD TO DO BUSINESS WITH is UNION BANK. STAY AWAY!!!
