  Just called for a quote and was told not to interrupt him and he doesn't have time for this.
  I was just explaining the work I needed to get a quote. He must have had a bad day but that's no reason to be rude!

  I called Triplex with an electrical outlet problem. Before coming out to service, Randy had me do a circuit breaker check with advise by phone that solved the problem. He easily could have made a service call, charged $75 them talked me into replacing the perfectly good circuit breaker for $100's more. Randy earned no money but earned my full support for any future electrical problems. I cannot recommend him highly enough as a truly honest service professional.

  Called Triplex Saturday at noon because 1/2 of my house's electrical went out. Randy said he'll finish his current job shortly and come over afterwards; he was there by 3:00. Profession, courteous and fairly priced, Randy finished the job and more. Almost makes me wish I had more electrical problems !!

  Extremely lucky for me that RANDY with Triplex Electric answered his phone on the 2nd ring. After explaining my problem... RANDY was nice enough to trouble shoot with me over the phone. Which was much appreciated!! He could have very easily just said he has to come out and check it out. RANDY was willing to help me right over the phone!! AWESOME!!! Thank you RANDY!!
