  I am not one to post reviews but this place just really deserves an awful review. I arrived at 4:10 pm on Sunday. The place closes at 5. All I asked for was a trim. No blow-dry. Simple. 3 stylists there and the lady told me that they were done taking appointments for the day. She then asked another stylist her waiting time and said 15 minutes and apparently the lady thought I didn't hear her and told me she was off at 4:30. No one in waiting room. I recommend management look into this or change your hours sign to close time at 4. Rude and unprofessional. If you come out of parking lot and make a right, drive .9 miles and there is a "sport clips" on right side l. Excellent service and even provides chair with massage and warm towel on your face while they wash your hair.

  I went there to get my hair a dark blue type hairstyle. I have a light red gingery color before. So I shows her a picture and in the end it comes out NOTHING like I showed her. It came out BLACK. I don't mean a blue black it looked black. Now I have pale skin and it looked awful. She said she'd do it again for free. She told me to be there on Saturday and because they only have SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS; I called and she didn't even work that day. Which wasn't really a problem as I was busy that day. So Sunday I go in and they put shampoo and dryed it twice. Didn't lighten it. So they have to bleach my hair. At the end of the bleach process I get told by another hairdresser that I should've had my hair bleached in the first place. I wasn't even told I needed it done the first time. Afterwards I got a really good result. It looked nice. I wake up the next morning with a blue neck. I have to shower twice a day before and after I go to work and it still has a blue tint to it. Now I washed my hair with hot water to try and rinse out excess dye I thought maybe that's why. NOPE!! I washed wash it with shampoo 7 or 8 times and it's still bleeding blue. So now my hair bleeds blue if I sweat and of enter a hot room it's also really damaged from all the chemicals they put in my hair.
