  Hi,
  First impressions mean a lot, and I was very impressed. Ron runs an honest shop. They do quality work, and get their job done when they say they will. Ron has implemented modern technology to keep his customers informed. He posted pictures documenting what he found when inspecting my vehicle, a link to them was sent to my email. That is a great idea.. I could visually see exactly what he was describing, even though it was up under the car where it would be hard to see. Those pictures sure facilitated the conversation.
  He's busy, but getting an appointment is easy, and wasn't too far out. (It was a brake problem, so he worked to squeeze me in and get it fixed as soon as he could).
  Spending money on car repairs is my least favorite thing. Having an honest, professional mechanic eliminates a big part of my anxiety.
