  Worst experience I’ve ever had.When we decided to purchase the home through Debbie and Elizabeth of Monarch homes,Elizabeth said we didn’t need a home inspector that I could do it myself. Well thank God we did, the home had major structural damage to the floor at the entry and severe rodent problems. The rudeness of Debbie and Elizabeth is horrifying. But if you’d like to feel belittled or discrimination because of your not being white enough than Monarch homes is for you! Ask for Elizabeth,she’s the one that’s fake as a snake! Don’t forget your boots though , for all the BS you will go through!!!
