  I've been coming to Express Results Boot Camp for almost two months and I'm so happy I took advantage of the free week offer.
  
  I had been thinking about joining for over a month, but wasn't too excited about working out every day at 6am, thinking I would be even more tired during my already long days. After the first few days, my body got over the initial shock and I actually had more energy and felt better mentally and physically.
  
  I won't lie, it's still hard to get up and get going some mornings, but I never regret it when I do. Each day is a different challenge and Thomas is there to offer encouraging words and support along the way. If you need a modification, Thomas will give you one.
  
  I'm not very disciplined on my own. I find it very hard to just go to the gym and get everything accomplished. I need a motivator and a feeling of community in order to dedicate myself to working out. Thomas and the other boot campers provide just that! So if you're like me, stop putting it off and join us :)
