  My experience with Huntington Beach Segway Tours has been horrible!!!!!! True story: I booked a few tickets with them where we were all looking forward to going on a Segway Tour. However, on the day that my tickets were booked for a Segway Tour, other events at the beach forced them to shutdown . Because of this, they were not able to take us or others out on a tour for the entire day. That alone was disappointment, but I realize that things do happen in life. Still ...
  
  Naturally under such a situation, you would expect a refund as each ticket is not cheap: if they can't take you out on Segway, then you should get your money back. It really is that simple. And, it would be the right thing to do. However, not with Huntington Beach Segway (GW Tours) though. After calling them and calling them and requesting for a refund, they convince you on the phone that they will refund you the money. Time goes by, then you check your account and find that the money has not been put back. So you call again, politely remind them, and they again say this will take care of it. But then again time goes by and you find out that they never refunded you the money.
  
  To this day, it's been literally 1 month since I've booked tickets with GW Tours, and they have yet to fully reimburse me. It's as if they have this hidden scheme that they hope their customers will eventually "forget" about the money I gave them. As if I am just going to walk away. I'm not going to forget! I gave trustingly and they have given me absolutely nothing in return (not even a Segway ride). For me, I have yet to still experience riding on a Segway.
  
  Buyer beware! They will turn their back on their customers. Despite this, I will continue to pursue getting my full refund back (I will eventually succeed). But, without a doubt, it's been a hassle to deal with Huntington Beach Segway (GW Tours). And it really should never have been such a hassle! I have been patient. I have tried to deal politely with them. I have been very kind! But they have failed in taking any steps to reach out and make sure that their customers are taken care of! Spare yourself, and don't book a tour with them! Maybe rent an electric bike or go biking on the beach instead. There are other things to do. Save yourself the hassle and grief!
