  My problems with Frank's Cane and Rush Supply didn't arise until I called to place my order with Mike. Because I wasn't entirely sure what exactly he was shipping (heaven forbid he e-mail me an invoice before payment), I wanted to be explicitly clear. Instead of him having the patience to ensure my order was accurate, he said, "We'd be happy to cancel your order. We can definitely do that." I responded, "I'm sorry, did I offended you?" "No not at all, you just seem to have some hesitation. I remember, we went over this extensively," he said in the most condescending tone. A) No, you didn't and B) So what if you did? Is this not your line of work to answer customers questions? Had Mike provided an invoice to reference, this ordering process would have been a helluva lot easier because the reality is, I wasn't even 100% what I was purchasing.
  
  When I mailed my samples, I included how many feet I needed of x, y, and z. When I asked him if he cut the poles to the sizes I requested, he said, "No, we don't do that. You can do that." Funny! the guy on the website said, "If you're going to cut them down to shorter lengths, we are more than happy to cut them for you to save on shipping."
  
  Unfortunately, there aren't many companies who offer a one-stop-shop. That's why he can get away with piss-poor customer service. I'm someone who works with clients daily and I understand the necessity of patience and clear expectations. Mike failed to meet mine. He doesn't listen well (rather at all). He consistently interrupted and talked over me--I couldn't get a word in edgewise. But really, perhaps the problem is mine. I did call when they were closing. There seems to be a lot of wonderful reviews for Frank's Cane and Rush Supply and I'm envious I couldn't have a positive experience.

  Bad Customer service, overpriced shipping and if your order arrives wrong and you need to return, you will have to pay the shipping cost as well to return. My shipping cost more than my order, had to just eat the cost since the item was wrong, instead of them making it right..... Give your business to someone else.......
