  Wow, I have been here in a 10x20 for four years. Great place very low rent $160 then a year later with no rent increases the place sales and they fired the old manager. Rent has gone up every year and now we got one month notice to pay $265. This is higher than the norm. And all we have gotten is a new paint job. Stay away from this place. If you want to spend this kind of money you can get a much better place that is a lot safer.
