  Worst experience of my life. They did not do what I wanted them to do turned me from beautiful blonde to dark highlight nightmare.the haircut was not good. My hair came out orange and DO not trust them to do your ombré. They ruined my perception of what AVEDA represents. Oh and the manager NEVER gave me a call when she clearly said she would to apologize. Don't go here go to a REAL AVEDA. With professionals not people who "act like they know what they're doing "
