  Horrible property management company. Very rude. Very unprofessional. They do expensive work in the neighborhood, and I know it could cost cheaper. Maybe they take a cut of the jobs that need to get done? But they Send out shody workers. Do sub par work in my opinion. And charge the association top dollar as well? Sounds to good to be true with this place in my opinion. Lucia is a very mean woman. It seems the owner Sharon thinks she is some god.
  
  My recommendation, find yourself another company to manage your neighborhood.
